Dolce Musica’s sweet sounds create a unique atmosphere at intimate functions or major events.
We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure the date of your function. The remainder of the fee is to be paid 2 weeks prior to the function –as a money order, cash or via bank transfer.
Music is integral to the atmosphere of your function - for weddings especially, it is an inexpensive component contributing to future happy memories. Do not leave this important aspect of your function to the later stages of your planning. Minimum playing time is one hour.
There is a standard fee for the first hour. For bookings longer than one hour, the second and subsequent hours (or ½ hours) are at a reduced rate.

We require a safe area to stop and unload our instruments, plus parking within a reasonable distance. If parking at the venue incurs a fee, client is to meet the parking cost.
For outdoor venues, it may be necessary to provide protection against direct sun or in case of rain. We require a playing space which will allow for safety for us as well as your guests. For playing time of greater than one hour, we will need to take a short break after each hour. Since we may have a later function to attend, we request that for wedding functions, brides arrive as close to the ceremony commencement time as possible.
